The Andes Challenge is an exciting new endurance cycling route, that we are currently developing for teams taking part in our Leadership Programme.
The route is approximately 300 miles long and over 6 days of cycling teams of riders and support crew will work together to conquer a route across the huge variety of landscapes that Chile can offer.
The route begins in Puelche and ends in Pucon, taking in beautiful lakes and spectacular volcanoes, with the final climb through the Parque Nacional Villarrica.
The first team that will benefit from this new opportunity will be the young leaders that Leadership Challenges are mentoring with Bath Rugby Foundation, and this challenge will be the culmination of a 36 week long programme of work, building resilience, practical skills and team work.
From this initial expedition in November 2019, the Andes Challenge will become a repeatable and scaleable event for other organisations and teams to develop their leadership capabilities.
